About Rangers Strike and Cross Gather[]
The Rangers Strike collectible card game debuted in 2006, and covers over thirty years of the Japanese super heroic genre known as Tokusatsu. Rangers Strike is one of numerous liscensed based games produced by Bandai and Carddas, who also make games based on their various anime properties, such as Gundam, Dragonball, and One Piece. It is distributed and played throughout Japan, and can also be purchased at various internet outlets as well.
Tokusatsu is made up of several major series. First, there's the Super Sentai Series, a line of action shows beginning in 1975. These live-action TV shows feature colorful teams of heroes, evil villians, and strange monsters. The teams often use amazing and unusual technology to fight evil, such as powerful weapons, vehicles and of course giant robots. Next, the solitary heroes of the Kamen Rider franchise, created in 1971 by Shotaro Ishinomori, is also presented in the game. In later sets, the technology-based Metal Hero series are also represented
In Rangers Strike, players control groups of heroes and villains, using their powers and abilities to defeat their opponents. In a way, picture it as a Vs System for Japanese superhero shows. The crossover battle for Earth's fate begins here!
